North Carolina’s Parrot Canvas has created a limited run of backpacks for Portland retailer Woodlands (formerly known as Hecklewood). The simple backpack form is highlighted by the use of dyed duck cotton, brown suede bottoms and a series of felted wool padded straps. The made in USA bags will come in two colors with the blue version presented here. Look for the bags to be available via Woodlands sometime in the near future.
