So how do you exemplify a style for modern men? Is it “modular”, with a combination of high-end and low price point items? Is it pushing the boundary with cutting edge design and progressive concept? Or is it something of an in-between, an amalgamation of all style, trends, and more…something that footwear label Gourmet has been on point since its establishment. Back for the Fall/Winter season, the trio behind this bi-coastal brand created a full spectrum of designs meant to be for all. Those in the nostalgic state of mind would appreciate the 21, a revision of the classic Beans and Timberland gum boots. However the more interesting aspect of the new 21 are the colorways terminology, named after dishes like Beef and Broccoli (Brown & Moss Green), an old take of how folks used to describe what they wore. Another is the velvet edition of Cinque with gold embroidery, a holiday exclusive to friends of the brand. You could see some of the Fall collection in store now, with monthly inclusions of new items and models every other month till end of the year.
